Welcome to Pre-registration for Har Shalom Preschool & Kindergarten's 2016/2017 school year!

We want to thank you for considering our school for your child's early education. We have a very special and unique preschool/kindergarten program. The children, who we lovingly call 'Shalomies,' and the families are a very important part of our community.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 (per child) in addition to the online form is required to hold your child's spot. Payment can be made online via the PayPal button below or by check sent to Congregation Har Shalom, 725 W. Drake Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80526.

ENGAGING ISRAEL: FOUNDATION FOR A NEW RELATIONSHIP

A Hartman Institute Lecture & Study Series by Rabbi David Goldberg

Join us in lively group discussion, text study and video lectures discovering the meaning Israel has in our lives, considering our role in envisioning the future Jewish state and defining why Israel and Zionism can be fundamental to our Jewish identity. Engaging Israel digs deeper into defining the significance of the State of Israel through elevating conversation rooted in Jewish values and shared ideas.

With great scholars, we will explore:

• How do we create and maintain a Jewish democracy?
• Why should American Jews care about Israel?
• What can Israel offer the world?

Join Rabbi Ben as he leads us on a exploration of the Zohar, the 13th century kabbalistic text which brought to the world a revolution in theology and philosophy. We will be studying from the new translation by Daniel Matt (the Pritzker Edition), which will aid us on our journey. Both people who are new to Kabbalah, and people who have had extensive study are sure to learn a lot!
